Open, Flow and Flourish with professional mountain biker and yoga instructor Ryan Leech on May 26 & 27 in a rich two day workshop that explores and celebrates the connection between mountain biking and yoga. We will dive into technique and skill detail both on the mat and trail, and through body awareness practices we will accelerate learning, safely, and increase our capacity for flow and deepen enjoyment.
Yoga Experience: Practicing or at least genuinely curious about it!
Mtn. Bike Experience: Prior singletrack trail experience and average technical ability and fitness.
